We were hoping to let you know we are back on track with our Clinics – but sadly as you will all know; the fourth wave has taken over around the world, and we wait to see what the Omicron strain will bring.
Eswatini’s case numbers have already increased exponentially over the past few weeks, but fortunately the death toll is not so high this time around. The Eswatini Government has recorded that over 26% of the population have been fully vaccinated.
We have identified three definite venues to aim for during the coming year. One in the very north, one in the centre and one in the south of Eswatini.
In the meantime, we are continuing with our limited free welfare Spays/Neuters from our shelters in both Mbabane and Manzini, to assist pet owners from vulnerable communities.
We would be grateful if you would consider a monthly donation towards this project, as it will mean that we can do just that little bit more for the most vulnerable pet owners, and continue to address the issue of pet overpopulation.
We appreciate the support you already give and hope our next report will have a more positive ‘vibe’.
