1700 Ramadan Ration Bags: Nourishing Families Across Pakistan

In the blessed month of Ramadan, Al-Mustafa Welfare Society successfully distributed 1,700 ration bags to deserving families facing financial hardship. With your generous support, we ensured that vulnerable communities in both urban and remote areas received essential supplies for Sehri and Iftar.

Ration Package Contents

Each bag was designed to support a family throughout the month, containing:

Staples: Flour (10 kg), Rice (4 kg), Chickpeas (1 kg), Chickpea Flour (1 Kg)
Cooking Essentials: Cooking Oil 3 Litres, Salt
Iftar Essentials: Rooh Afza (Syrup) 800 ml, Dates 0.5 Kg
Other Items: Tea, Sugar 2 kg

Distribution Summary

Our teams reached 7 locations, prioritizing daily wage earners and underprivileged communities.

Korangi, Karachi 300 Families
Malir, Karachi 100 Families
Surjani Town, Karachi 250 Families
Baldia Town, Karachi 100 Families
Hyderabad 300 Families
Thatta 150 Families
Balochistan, 500 Families

Impact

Families Supported: 1,700
Individuals Impacted: Approx. 10,200
Key Focus: Remote areas of Balochistan received the largest share (500 bags), and the second largest share was for Korangi and Hyderabad, where we supported 300 families at each location.
