In the far north of Syria, inside Kafraya Camp where the cold, hardship, and crowded tents define daily life, lives little Rawaa, a child who has endured more pain than her young age should ever witness. Rawaa lost her father during the tragic events that struck Syria, and her mother left when she was only three years old, leaving her without the warmth of a parent’s embrace.
Today, Rawaa lives with her uncle’s family, who do everything they can to provide for her despite their limited resources and the overwhelming needs of camp life. With winter approaching, the family’s worries grew heavier, especially for this orphaned child who needs extra care, warmth, and stability.
Thanks to your generous donations, we were able to provide a financial sponsorship for Rawaa, easing a great burden on her uncle’s family. This support helped secure her essential needs—food, clothing, and warmth—and brought a ray of hope into her life.
Your contributions were not just financial aid; they were an act of compassion and a message of humanity to a child who has no one but people like you to rely on.
