Hi All,
Over the past 9 months our team moved to a new village and began construction of a community english school as any job in Laos has a minimum requirement of English Language and therefore as this is not provided in rural schools our mission is to provide these children with the skills to become employed.
We are so impressed with the school and it is almost done. We just have the final touches needed but we have run out of cash so we need to fundraise $4,234.50 to finish the building. We wanted to open in June but our project director has also had to take some personal time off and with the funds running out we have decided to postpone the launch of the new centre while we raise the extra funds, we also want to fund more scholarships so when we open we can ensure we provide the whole community with opportunities to learn and personally develop.
We are excited for our launch and hope to raise enough funds over the next 3 months
