Supporting Orphans in Syria Through Individual Case Assessments and Comprehensive Care

By HASAN SADIK | project Leader

Dear Donor

In Syria, thousands of orphaned children continue to live in extremely harsh conditions shaped by displacement, poverty, and prolonged instability. These children have not only lost a parent or caregiver, but also a sense of safety and the natural right to live a stable, dignified childhood.
In such difficult circumstances, your support becomes a vital lifeline — restoring hope, stability, and protection to the lives of the most vulnerable.

Why Individual Case Assessments Matter

Our organization believes that every orphaned child has a unique story and specific needs that cannot be addressed through a one-size-fits-all approach. For this reason, we conduct:

  • Comprehensive assessments for each child, covering living situation, health status, psychological condition, education level, and family needs.
  • Identification of priority interventions, whether urgent food assistance, clothing, medical care, or psychological support after trauma.
  • Personalized support plans based on the child’s exact needs to ensure aid reaches them effectively and on time.

Through this individualized model, we make sure every orphan receives the right type of support—not just general assistance that may overlook their specific circumstances.

Financial and Psychological Support: The Foundation for a Better Life

  • Financial assistance helps provide food, clothing, education, and essential household needs, offering families a level of stability they desperately need.
  • Psychological support is equally essential, as many orphans carry the emotional weight of loss, fear, and displacement. We provide individual and group counseling sessions to help them regain confidence and a sense of safety.

This holistic approach allows children not only to survive their current hardships but to rebuild their emotional and social well-being.

The Impact of Your Donations

Thanks to your generosity, we have been able to:

  • Conduct detailed assessments for hundreds of orphaned children across multiple regions.
  • Provide monthly financial sponsorships that helped families secure food, clothing, and urgent needs.
  • Implement psychological support programs that eased trauma and improved children’s emotional stability.
  • Deliver educational supplies and support that enabled many children to stay in school and continue learning.

Every smile restored, every fear eased, and every child supported — all of it is possible because of your kindness.

How We Ensure Sustainable Impact

  • Regularly updating each child's information to maintain accuracy in support.
  • Monitoring educational progress and emotional well-being.
  • Working with professional social workers and psychologists to deliver high-quality care.
  • Developing long-term programs that help children move from vulnerability toward independence and self-reliance.

Thank you
Your support sends a powerful message to every orphaned child in Syria:
“You are not alone. Someone cares about your future.”
