Children with disabilities in Palestinian communities face enormous challenges, especially in refugee camps and underprivileged areas. Many families cannot cover the essential monthly needs of their children, including medications, diapers, milk, and assistive devices such as crutches or specialized equipment.
Our program, Sponsorships for Children with Disabilities, supports children under 10 years old from Aida and Al-Azza camps, as well as other areas in Bethlehem, who were already visiting Noor Center for rehabilitation services like physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. Due to the worsening conditions, these families are now struggling to meet even the basic needs of their children.
Currently, we have registered around 50 children with various conditions, including cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, speech delays, and other disabilities. Each child requires specialized support, and your sponsorship can make a life-changing impact.
By sponsoring a child, you will help provide:
Monthly medications and medical supplies
Diapers and nutritional support (milk/formula)
Assistive devices like crutches, walkers, or braces
Access to ongoing rehabilitation services
Your support ensures that children not only survive but thrive, improving their mobility, communication, independence, and overall quality of life.
