PROGRESS REPORT SEPTEMBER-DECEMBER 2025

By Susanna Tadevosyan | Project Lider

It’s about dignity.
Belonging.
A future.

Report Summary

This fall and early winter, ABLE YOUTH became more than a workshop, it
became a space at “Bridge of Hope” NGO’s center for Social Inclusion in
Noyemberyan city of Tavush Matz where young people with disabilities
strengthened their confidence, independence, and hope for the future.
30 young people with disabilities participated in creative and vocational
workshops between September and December. They deepened their skills,
supported one another, and took meaningful steps toward economic
independence.

One of them is Mariam. When she first joined ABLE YOUTH, she worked quietly
and doubted her abilities. She hesitated to show her work and often waited for
reassurance. Over time, as she learned to shape resin and assemble jewelry,
something changed. Mariam began choosing her own designs, helping others
during sessions, and proudly presenting her finished pieces. When someone
admired her work and asked how it was made, she smiled and explained every
step. For Mariam, ABLE YOUTH is not just a workshop, it is the place where she
discovered her confidence, her voice amd BRIDGE OF HOPE.

Participants created silver jewelry, resin accessories, and handcrafted items,
refining both technique and design. Several participants continued selling
their handmade products locally, while others prepared new collections with the
goal of reaching broader markets. For many, this was the first time they saw
their work not only admired, but valued.
As winter arrived in Tavush, the workshops remained a place of belonging,
creativity, and dignity — where young people were seen not through their
disability, but through their talent and potential.

TO KEEP HELPING MORE YOUTH, WE STILL NEED YOUR
SUPPORT.
To keep ABLE YOUTH running and reach more young people, we still
need to raise $8,000 by the end of the year.
Your gift will:
Welcome more young people into ABLE YOUTH workshops,
Provide essential materials such as silver, resin, and tools,
Support access to markets and buyers, helping youth earn income with
dignity.
PLEASE DONATE TODAY!
YOUR SUPPORT CHANGES LIVES.
