At Education For All Morocco (EFAM), we empower the next generation of Morocco's girls through access to the transformative power of education. Through several key programme areas, we provide safe residences, quality education, and specialised support for over 500 disadvantaged girls from some of the country's most underserved areas. With every girl we support, we create a ripple effect of hope and progress that touches families, communities, and future generations.
Around half of Moroccan girls and women are illiterate, with rural regions facing even greater challenges. Long distances and cultural norms mean that young girls often leave school at an early age and face daunting obstacles to accessing secondary education. Additionally, girls with disadvantaged backgrounds face limited access to tailored education and support, leaving them at a significant disadvantage.
By removing these barriers, we empower young women to break cycles of poverty and fulfil their potential. Through our programmes, we help provide access to education through safe boarding houses, nutritious food, extracurricular support, and specialised educational support for girls from disadvantaged backgrounds. We have been changing the lives and communities in Morocco for 17 years and we need your support to continue this work.

Education is strongly linked to improved life outcomes for girls, including greater independence, confidence, and opportunity.
