Support 22 Kids w/ Special Needs at OSSO Orphanage

It is an honor to greet you once again and express our deepest gratitude for your constant and generous support. Thanks to you, we have continued to meet the nutritional needs of the 16 children with disabilities at the OSSO Foundation, who benefit from the biweekly delivery of food kits. These resources have allowed us to maintain a varied, balanced menu tailored to the specific needs of each child, ensuring a nutritious and appropriate diet. Currently, meals are distributed as follows: breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch, mid-afternoon snack, evening snack, and, in some cases, dinner for children who require it. The foods we receive include dairy products, root vegetables, fresh produce, carbohydrates, proteins, assorted grains, and non-perishable items such as canned goods making up a complete and balanced diet.

This last quarter, we’ve achieved a significant step forward: improving the variety and quality of the food provided, as well as implementing a more personalized follow-up process that allows us to better address the individual nutritional needs of each child. This has further strengthened their overall well-being and holistic development.

In addition to food, we are currently in urgent need of donations of diapers and medications to cover the basic needs of our children. These supplies are essential for maintaining their health, hygiene, and quality of life, and their shortage continues to pose a challenge for our team. Any support in this area will be received with heartfelt gratitude and will make a meaningful difference in the children’s daily well-being.

Your support has been essential in ensuring the children maintain a healthy diet, which has a positive impact on their physical and emotional development. Thanks to your collaboration, we have not only been able to meet their nutritional needs but have also contributed to their physical and mental growth. Today, the children have access to a diverse diet that strengthens their health and gives them the energy they need for their daily activities and their path toward social inclusion. Your continued support has been fundamental in helping each child move forward and face challenges in better conditions.
