Thanks to your support, Nyaka’s SGBV program is reaching more survivors than ever—providing protection, justice, and healing in some of Uganda’s most vulnerable communities.
Here’s what you made possible in 2024:
483 survivors of sexual and gender-based violence received comprehensive support through our Healing Centers.
103 survivors received HIV prevention services, including post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP).
82 cases were handled directly through Nyaka’s legal system and support channels.
Teenage mothers were empowered through vocational training, startup kits, and small loans—part of our Women Employability Project, which disbursed $3,889 in microloans to help survivors rebuild their futures.
Your donations help break cycles of violence, restore dignity, and offer real paths to healing and independence. We couldn’t do this life-saving work without you.
Thank you for standing with survivors and making justice and healing possible.
