Dear Supporters,
As we approach the end of the year, it is a natural moment to pause and look back. We are grateful for the partnerships we were able to strengthen and for the new collaborations that began to take shape throughout the year. All of these efforts help us continue training teachers, sharing books, and spreading a love for reading. At the same time, the end of the year is not necessarily a quieter season for us…
One of our ongoing commitments is to work closely with local governments. We believe this is essential for smoother implementation and for building strong, shared ownership of our programs. We are grateful that in December we will have a concrete opportunity to do this as we train more than 75 teachers in partnership with the local Education Department. This training will take place online, which is a relatively new approach for us. We hope that this introduction will open the door to continued learning opportunities, allowing teachers to keep building on the materials we provide, and ultimately enabling more children to learn to read and to develop a love for reading.
At the same time, we continue to look for donors and partners who share our vision to expand our work in NTT and beyond. If you know someone who may be interested, or if you would like to support this important development yourself, you are warmly invited to make a contribution through our GlobalGiving page.
