Aid for 1,500 Families in Gaza

Amid the dire humanitarian conditions faced by families in the Gaza Strip, our field teams continue working tirelessly to deliver essential aid—chief among them, access to clean drinking water. This vital service has become a lifeline, especially in overcrowded shelters suffering from a severe shortage of safe water.

Thanks to your generous support, we were able to deliver clean drinking water to the family of Saleh, a child living with his family under difficult circumstances in the temporary shelter located in the Al-Sabra area of northern Gaza.

Case Details:
Saleh, an 11-year-old boy, lives with his mother, elderly grandmother, and 10-year-old sister Hasnaa. The family was displaced from their home due to the recent escalation and has been staying in a temporary shelter ever since.
They have been struggling with limited access to safe drinking water—putting the children and their grandmother at particular risk.

Our Response:

• Our team provided the family with 120 liters of clean drinking water, covering their needs for a week.
• The water was delivered in hygienic containers and stored safely.
• Our field awareness team offered guidance on proper water usage and storage for safety and health.
