Due to the Ministry of Education taking over the school in Nicaragua we will no longer be requiring donations to cover project costs. It is in the benefit of the school to be able to place the reponsibility in the government's hands and also shows an encouraging sign that local government is becoming more involved in education. Over the years scores of children have come through our classrooms and have been well-prepared for primary school which is a huge testament to our local teachers. May I take this chance to thank every single donor who has helped make our work possible in Nicaragua these past years and please know, the school is in very good hands.
