ARTI trains young girls and women from rural and tribal communities in fashion design, embroidery, and tailoring to give 100 impoverished women in rural India skills training in fashion design, tailoring, and needlework for sustainable livelihoods. Women who receive this training in vocational skills will be able to support themselves and live with dignity. During this training, women will learn and refine their embroidery and tailoring skills to work on sarees and blouse pieces.
Rural and tribal areas. Poverty, illiteracy, migration, droughts in rural and tribal areas, and inability to make decisions due to a lack of financial independence are among the issues. Abandoned by their husbands, divorced women, and poor girls need sustainable income training in tailoring skills to survive their lives. Poverty and a lack of education make it difficult for these women to find good jobs to support their families. The tailoring center aims to promote its economic development
A six-month tailoring course prepares a girl to earn a living by teaching her skills in tailoring, embroidery, and fashion design. Our Tailoring Center provides the necessary structure and trained teachers to teach these skills. The training center will help the girls find well-paying jobs outside of the home. They get economic development, education for their children, hygiene, and healthy nutrition.
Empower 100 women with sewing skills each year to achieve a sustainable livelihood. Women from rural and tribal communities, who are frequently widows and impoverished mothers, will be able to use their skills to escape poverty and create better futures for their families. They get the value of sound financial management and how education can improve their lives.
