Each day at Embrace Village reminds us of a simple but profound truth: when we support a baby, we strengthen an entire family. The Support a Baby, Build a Family project continues to weave that truth into daily life here — through consistent care, gentle guidance, and the slow, steady work of restoration.

We remain deeply committed to this holistic model that nurtures both babies and their caregivers. The change we’re witnessing isn’t flashy or fast — it’s quiet, rooted, and deeply human. It shows up in the way a once-overwhelmed mother now smiles when she arrives each morning, in the confidence of a father learning to play with his child, and in the simple peace that settles over a baby who finally feels safe.

• Reliable, trauma-informed childcare for babies and toddlers from vulnerable families.

• Emotional and practical support for parents and caregivers, helping them rebuild stability.

As we begin a new school year, our nursery and family-support programmes are full — and so are our hearts. But the financial strain remains real. Many of the families we serve live right on the edge, and keeping this level of care consistent takes resources, training, and constant presence.
