We really don’t know how to express our gratitude enough about your donations against saving remote rural women & girls through skill trainings...When women and girls are financially sound, they can handle any kind of violence.

So we are conducting self-help groups meetings, rallies and renewing their resolutions for 2025.Few resolutions passed by some of our groups are:

1. Strengthening SHG’s
2. Saving more amount
3. Gaining earning skills
4. Self employment
5. Eliminate poverty
6. Educating their girl children
7. Raising kitchen gardens
8. Obtain employable skills
9. Do not approach money lenders
10. Lending loan to members with low interest
11. Fight for equal rights ….Etc

CHHASE is celebrating NGO inauguration on 26^th November. Our women cdelebrate this function, whole of this month, since we have many groups in different districts and far off from our NGO head quarters.

With your support, CHHASE started the employment opportunity for rural women& girls even in their residential areas. Opened the new door of employment by making skill development training as their earning weapon. By GlobalGiving’s financial help CHHASE organization is running skill training in different trades at village mappedu site far from Chennai city. In Eraiyamangalam we conducted three month Garment making training. In which 30 deprived women community are being trained in sewing, cutting and measuring of traditional costumes.

To keep traditional Tamil Nadu hand embroidery safe, three month embroidery training is being conducted by CHHASE organization. In which traditional Art-craft, decorative items and making painting are being taught to thirty women. Medium of all training organized by CHHASE have both practical and theoretical. In which young girls and women are getting their training easily. During training EDP, Life skills and Capacity building training are being given to women. By which they will be fully developed and also their capability andlife skills will be strengthened. Now these women have taken the initiative towards self-employment in which GlobalGiving’s and donor’s contribution are important. For which all women thank the CHHASE and donors.

Many of our trained women are opened self business and able to earn handful and educate their children, provide meal and pay medical bills without anyproblems.
