Happy New Year and thank you for being part of our story. Thank you to GlobalGiving who allows us to share our rural community story to a global audience. 

The Tribune Building Project is more than just redeveloping a physical building. This project centers around resident input and involvement which seeks to empower our residents to create a hub of inclusive economic growth for our community.

The project is moving forward with original ideas provided from community members during the public meetings and more. Our current work includes:

• Formulating a venue that meets our current community needs from ideas generated from public meetings.
• Pursuing a Public Market concept to expand entrepreneurial opportunities, for an inviting resident and visitor experience in our downtown highlighting the riverfront.
• Exploring the expansion of rooftop initial concepts for additional uses.
• Pursuing additional funding sources.
• Partnering with experts with years of success in bringing public market plans into reality.

Your continued support is vital to help our community make the Tribune project a reality, and as a contributor to this campaign, you play a critical role in creating a bright spot in downtown Wisconsin Rapids.
