In the midst of the ongoing siege on Gaza, even a single hot meal has become a longing for countless displaced families living in makeshift camps. Among these families is the mother of young Rami, who struggles to care for him and his two younger siblings in a camp that lacks even the most basic necessities of life.
During our recent distribution of hot meals, Rami’s family welcomed our team with gentle smiles despite the exhaustion clearly etched on their faces. We provided them with a freshly prepared dish of rice and meat, meant to help them get through another difficult day under worsening conditions. Rami sat beside his siblings, showing a rare moment of comfort—almost as if he had recovered a small piece of the safety he has lost since the crisis began.
For this family, the meal was more than food; it was a message of warmth and care reaching a home worn down by scarcity. Your support, no matter how simple it may seem, makes a real and immediate difference in the lives of families fighting every day just to meet their basic needs.
