Dear Donor
In northern Gaza, where relentless bombing continues and the siege suffocates every breath, around 150 displaced families gather in Al-Sabireen shelter. Most have lost their homes, loved ones, and everything they once had. There is no clean water, no electricity, and no variety of food… Only hot rice remains as a symbol of survival.
Amid these tragic circumstances, and thanks to your generous support, we were able to distribute hot rice meals to these devastated families, in an attempt to ease the deadly hunger chasing children, mothers, and the elderly. Each meal carried with it a message of warmth and humanity from you to them, letting them know that someone still remembers them, feels their pain, and shares their suffering.
We saw a mother in tears feeding her child a warm bite for the first time in days, and a child hugging a bowl of rice as if it were a treasure. In Gaza, a simple meal has become a dream, and rice is the only refuge amidst a complete lack of options.
The continuation of these meals depends entirely on your continued donations. Every contribution you make could mean one more day of life for a family that has nothing. We urge you to keep your hearts open, for hunger does not wait, and the siege shows no mercy.
You are their only hope… Please don’t let the flame of mercy go out.
