Water Is Life: Supporting Maisa's Family in Al-Mahabba Camp - Northern Gaza

By MUHAMMED DEEBEH | Project leader

Dear Valued Supporters,

Thanks to your continued humanitarian support, we were able to distribute safe drinking water to the family of Maisa, a young girl living with her mother and elderly grandmother in Al-Mahabba Camp in northern Gaza, amid extremely difficult living conditions and a severe shortage of clean water.

The family faces ongoing challenges in accessing safe water, placing a daily burden on Maisa and her relatives, particularly as they rely heavily on humanitarian assistance to meet their most basic needs. This hardship is further compounded by the grandmother’s advanced age and her increased need for clean water to maintain her health.

Providing safe drinking water is not only about meeting a basic necessity—it also plays a critical role in preventing disease, easing daily hardship, and restoring a sense of dignity and security to vulnerable families living under crisis conditions.

With your generous support, we continue to:

  • Ensure access to safe and clean water for the most vulnerable families
  • Protect the health of children and the elderly
  • Reduce the daily suffering of displaced families living in camps

Your contribution is making a real and lasting difference in the lives of Maisa’s family and many others in need, reflecting true humanitarian solidarity and compassion.

Thank you for your trust and continued support—through you, life continues.
