Widows often carry the full responsibility of supporting their households without a stable source of income, while facing rising prices and extremely limited employment opportunities. This places immense pressure on them and makes securing daily food a constant struggle.

Children in these households are particularly at risk. Many face the dangers of malnutrition, interrupted education, and long-term instability. For this reason, our relief programs prioritize families who have lost their breadwinner, female-headed households, and children at highest risk.
