We’re excited to share an update on our Living Sea Wall USA project! Thanks to two wonderful supporters, we already have seed funding safely in the pot as we continue building momentum toward our next installation.
Living Sea Walls are more than just infrastructure—they’re a solution to restore biodiversity in our oceans. Each wall is made of specially designed panels that mimic natural habitats, creating homes for marine life while strengthening coastlines against erosion.
Our vision is to install the next Living Sea Wall in the USA, inspired by the successful pilot wall in Boston. To achieve this, we’re actively fundraising to cover:
Panel production costs (~$450 per panel)
Moulds for local manufacturing (AUD $5,000 each)
Installation and monitoring to ensure lasting impact
Every donation, no matter the size, helps bring us closer to transforming more urban seawalls into thriving marine ecosystems.
