Recruitments

Throughout 2025, we conducted seven recruitment processes in partnership with seven NGOs, strengthening support networks and expanding our social impact. These initiatives aimed to connect young people with opportunities for education, training, and personal development.

Among the recruitment processes carried out, we highlight:

  • Favela Radical – recruitment conducted on 09/03/2025

  • Projeto Grael – recruitment conducted on 09/09/2025

  • IRS – recruitment conducted on 09/10/2025

As a result of these initiatives, more than 60 young people were recruited, beginning new stages of learning and growth through education. We remain committed to opening doors, strengthening partnerships, and expanding this network of social impact by connecting talent to pathways of development and opportunity.

Event with NBCC – 09/10/2025

Dream Learn Work participated in an event organized by the NBCC – Norwegian-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce, where young participants worked at the reception desk and gained hands-on professional experience. The initiative reinforced the partnership with the Chamber, with a focus on expanding employability opportunities and income generation for the young people supported by the organization.

October, November & December

Abrigo Recruitment – 10/16/2025

A recruitment process was carried out at the Associação Abrigo Rainha Sílvia, focusing on the selection of young people to join Dream Learn Work. The initiative promoted dialogue and the exchange of experiences, reinforcing the commitment to youth development. Dream Learn Work expressed its gratitude to the Abrigo Rainha Sílvia team for the partnership and warm welcome, strengthening the joint construction of opportunities.

Events with Decola Cria/GOYN

In early October, Dream Learn Work participated in two international events: the Decola Cria anniversary in Rio de Janeiro and the Global Convening of the Global Opportunity Youth Network (GOYN), held in São Paulo with an extension in Rio de Janeiro, showcasing the talent of its ambassador, Igor Izy.

IZY represents the purpose of DLW: he began as a young person supported by the network and today earns his living through art. His works, inspired by Brazilian wildlife and the motto “every cria is a jaguar,” captivated the audience. Two pieces were acquired by participants from India and Haiti, and part of the proceeds will be reinvested in new courses and opportunities for young people. The participation reinforced DLW’s commitment to education and art as pathways to transformation.

Graduation – 11/27/2025

Dream Learn Work celebrated and organized the graduation ceremony for students who completed their courses and educational pathways. The moment marked the recognition of each graduate’s dedication, effort, and resilience throughout their learning journey. Certificates were awarded to more than 40 young people who successfully completed their courses and educational tracks with great commitment and perseverance.

The NGO expressed pride in this achievement and reaffirmed its ongoing support, emphasizing that this milestone represents only the beginning of new advances in the participants’ trajectories. The ceremony took place in a venue kindly provided by Kincaid Mendes Vianna Advogados and included certificates and gifts sponsored by the Norwegian bank DNB, a partner of DLW, as well as a thoughtfully prepared coffee break offered by Equinor. Additional gifts from the organization were also distributed. It was a morning of celebration bringing together young people, the DLW team, partner companies, NGOs, and members of the Brazilian board, all united in celebrating an action of real impact and the future that is being built.

Beach Cleanup – 11/29/2025

A beach cleanup initiative was carried out in partnership with AET, with the participation of volunteers, young people supported by the NGO, and representatives from the company M&O. During the activity, 134 kg of waste were collected, contributing to the preservation of the coastline.

The initiative was supported by Cooperativa Quitungo, a women-led recycling cooperative that provided materials and assisted with the proper sorting and disposal of waste, ensuring a safe and sustainable process. In addition to the cleanup itself, the action promoted integration, environmental awareness, and reflection on the importance of collective action in building a more sustainable future.

Event with AET – Donation of Food Baskets and Toys – 12/02/2025

On December 2, Dream Learn Work (DLW) held an event in partnership with the Instituto Rogério Steinberg (IRS) and the company AET, bringing together solidarity and purpose.

The initiative included the donation of food baskets to families supported by IRS, the distribution of new toys to children, and painting workshops that provided moments of expression, connection, and care between children and volunteers. The workshops focused on encouraging children to reflect on their dreams for the future, as they may have their education funded by DLW once they reach adulthood. The initiative reinforced the spirit of Giving Tuesday, celebrated on the same date, demonstrating that giving goes beyond material support—it also involves sharing time, attention, and affection.

Event with NBCC – 12/03/2025

NBCC once again welcomed the participation of Dream Learn Work young people as reception staff at its year-end celebration event. Their presence reinforced the partnership built over the years and the relationship of trust between the institutions. The experience contributed to the professional development of the participants, expanding their skills and demonstrating, in practice, the positive impact of this collaboration. DLW thanks NBCC for the opportunity and acknowledges the professionalism and dedication of the young people involved.
