Dear Donor
In the heart of Al-Zaytoun Camp in central Gaza, the orphaned child Raed lives with his mother and elderly grandmother under extremely harsh humanitarian conditions. The family resides in a modest tent that offers little protection from the winter cold or the harsh winds. With the worsening weather and increasing scarcity of food, their daily life has become an exhausting struggle.
Amid these difficult circumstances, and with food becoming scarce and prices rising, getting a warm meal has become a rare blessing for Raed. But thanks to your generosity and your extended helping hands, our team was able to provide the family with a freshly cooked hot rice meal at a moment when they desperately needed something to ease the harshness of winter and bring them warmth and relief.
A sense of comfort appeared on the face of Raed’s mother, who expressed her deep gratitude, affirming that this hot meal was not just food—it was an act of kindness that eased the hunger and cold felt by her child and his elderly grandmother on another difficult day under siege.
Your continued support helps alleviate the suffering of hundreds of families in the camps, giving children like Raed the chance to live their day with greater dignity and safety despite the severe circumstances.
Thank you to everyone who contributed—your warmth reaches farther than you can imagine.
