Bringing Warmth to Gaza's Displaced Families

By HASAN SADIK | project leader

Dear Supporter

We are pleased to share with you this donor-focused report about one of our urgent humanitarian interventions aimed at easing the suffering of displaced families in the Gaza Strip.

As winter begins, the hardships faced by hundreds of families who fled their homes under bombardment and sought refuge in Al-Saraya Camp have grown even more severe. The fragile tents offer little protection from the cold, and there are no heating sources, making the freezing nights unbearable—especially for children, the elderly, and the sick.

With the recurring waves of cold striking the area, having a warm blanket has become more than a simple need—it is a lifeline.

In response to these harsh conditions, Amal Alumma Organization distributed new winter blankets to displaced families in Al-Saraya Camp.
These blankets brought a sense of warmth and safety to families who had endured long, freezing nights without any means of protection.

Mothers were among the most grateful, sharing how these blankets have become the only source of warmth for their children. Elderly individuals also expressed relief, as the blankets helped ease the pain caused by the harsh winter cold.

Your generosity is what makes this support possible. Every blanket you helped provide carried with it a touch of warmth and a spark of hope in the midst of extremely difficult times.

We sincerely thank you for your kindness and encourage you to continue your support so we can reach more families who still face the winter cold without adequate shelter or protection.
Together, we can be a source of comfort and hope in their hardest moments.
