Dear Donor
As displaced families in Gaza continue to endure extremely harsh living conditions, exposure to rain and cold weather remains a serious threat for those living in makeshift tents. Limited shelter leaves many families vulnerable to flooding, dampness, and health risks—especially children.
In response, our field teams provided a rainproof shelter sheet to Fatima and her children, who are living in a tent in Al-Mukhtar Camp. Heavy rainfall had been seeping into their living space, placing the family at constant risk and worsening their already fragile situation.
This support strengthened the family’s shelter, offering improved protection from rain and moisture and creating a safer environment for the children. The intervention followed a field-based needs assessment and was delivered through a transparent and dignified process.
Your continued generosity enables us to deliver timely winter protection to families facing severe vulnerability. Thank you for standing with displaced families and helping restore safety, dignity, and hope when it is needed most.
