Women face difficult situation during their pregnancy cases
Since last 2 years the Mother & Child health Center (AHD MCH Center) started earlier 2 years back now completed almost 80% and only roof and equipments missing, AHD regularly conduct / organize medical camps on quarterly basis and female staff visits nearby villages.
During the visit conducted in March 2015 in Jati area, the women residing in the nearby villages looking the completion of the MCH center and they all hope its completion before incoming moon soon season starts June 2015. During 2014 construction work was slow due to fund unavailability.
Hope donors of this project will help and enable us to reach out our target of the completion of AHD MCH center which is need quick support. We hope best from all of you

Some 500 Mothers looking medical support near Jati, District Sujawal
District Sujawal is the newly established district in Sindh is the part of Thatta district formerly near costal belter of Lower Sindh. The majority of population lives in rural areas and engaged in agriculture sector. The Women of these areas supporting their husbands in agricultural activities crop sowing, intern culturing, harvesting, vegetable sowing and picking etc for their survival. The women and children health is vulnerable, during their sickness they have to travel 20 to 25 km away from Main district hospital via bikes or animal carts and time took 1-2 hours to reach district hospital. During pregnancy cases women give birth in the way during travel.
AHD wants to help them via establishment of Mother & Child Health Center in remote area. For this purpose we need your help and support, the target is Jan to March 2015 and we hope we will be able to do it. The challenge is big but we hope you people do not leave us behind.

Women facing health problems during child birth
Jati area is one of the remote, far and scattered area of district Sujawal, Taluka Jati, about 12 to 15 km away from Jati main city. Rural women facing problems during the child birth do not have any nearby basic health unit or hospital. The rural women living in area have to travel by foot and have to pay large amount to taxi, sometime in the night time their no taxi available. According the village women many children death happen due to unavailability of Doctor on time.
AHD to step in to introduce Mother & Child health Center in village for the immediate help for women residing in this area.
We are looking for donation and support for this project to start women services, till to date AHD health team doing medical visits at their village level.
