Together, we have raised $6,300 toward our $12,000 goal, bringing our farms to 97.5% sustainability. Because of this progress, we are officially beginning construction of our solar water towers—a critical step toward long-term water access and locally controlled food sovereignty. This marks a meaningful transition from short-term support to lasting, community-owned systems.

We are also proud to honor Samba Koné, one of our young climate leaders, who led the creation of a community park for children and families. Built with local materials and featuring hand-crafted elephant and bird sculptures, the park is a joyful space for play, learning, and connection with nature.

Your support in 2025 is already creating tangible results. At the end of 2024, we planned to purchase one cow with year-end donations. Instead, we made a strategic decision to purchase two oxen and two goats—a choice that expanded impact. The oxen helped plow the land this year, contributing to the production of 16,000 pounds of locally grown grain, and our goat herd has now grown to 17, with four expecting.

Because of you:
- 500,000+ lives have been impacted across 8 countries
- 300+ villages are engaged in sustainable development
- 17,564 trees and plants have been established
- Women-led farms are strengthening local food security and livelihoods
Through sustained collaboration between AGILE-International and Djimi Djama, we are strengthening community-led systems rooted in local leadership and long-term thinking. When communities shape their own solutions, the results are more resilient, lasting, and transformative—benefiting not only today’s families, but generations to come.
Thank you for believing in this vision and helping turn it into reality.
With gratitude,
Fatoumata Doumbia
