The Taiwan Love and Hope International Charity exists to reach out and provide charitable services, principally to disadvantaged children and youth, and including their families, if necessary. The aim is to provide educational and financial assistance and housing, hoping that such gestures of love can empower and give hope to the disadvantaged.
