Our 2025 Impact Report is LIVE!

Dear Operation Mercy community,

Can you imagine that Operation Mercy connects with 1,600 people a day across 10 countries, from Pakistan to Morocco?

For the first time, we asked our Country Directors not only how many participants were involved in their projects in 2025 — 53,872 — but also how often they connected with these individuals throughout the year. The answer: among those 53,872 people, we recorded 605,900 interactions. That makes more than 1,600 connections a day — amazing, isn’t it?

But we didn’t stop there. We also asked: how deep are these interactions? Are they simply a transfer of knowledge or aid given, or are they deep engagements that affect a person’s whole life?

We found that 46% of engagements were classified as deep, and 1% even as intensive. A further 13% were practical engagements, including vocational training, workshops, technical instruction, and coaching sessions.

If you would like to read more about these numbers — and the stories behind the transformational impact of Operation Mercy’s work — please check out our Impact Report using the link below.

You have helped us restore hope, build capacity, and strengthen communities. Thank you.

We would also like to bring two other things to your attention. Many of you participated in our Christmas Calendar fundraiser in 2025 — thank you! This month, GlobalGiving is running another matching fund campaign: the Little by Little Campaign, 17–20 March, for gifts up to $50. Keep an eye out for this opportunity!

If you would like more regular and frequent updates than you receive here, please follow our new WhatsApp Channel — the link is also below.

Last but not least, to all of you — and especially to the women — Happy International Women’s Day on 8th of March! Empowering women is especially important to us at Operation Mercy, so join us in celebrating our female staff and women everywhere this March.

Yours,
Andrea
