I’m reaching out because you’ve stood with us before, and I wanted you to see the real-world impact your support is having on families navigating a childhood cancer diagnosis.
We know that a diagnosis is a medical storm, but for many of the families we support, the biggest challenges are often the practical "everyday" hurdles. When you're focused on treatment, simple things—like the cost of the bus to the hospital, a decent meal while waiting in a ward, or a toy to help a child forget they’re in a clinical setting—can feel impossible.
What we’re doing right now Since our last update, your contributions have been our "bridge" to care. We’ve been:
Keeping families moving: Funding essential transport so kids don't miss life-saving appointments.
Providing "Dignity Packs": Ensuring parents have the basics—toiletries, snacks, and supplies—so they can stay by their child’s bedside without worrying about the small stuff.
Creating comfort: Funding play therapy and resources that help these brave kids feel like children, even during the toughest hospital stays.
We aren't trying to replace the medical teams; we’re here to make sure that while the doctors fight the cancer, the family has the support they need to stay strong.
How you can help us keep going We have a massive opportunity coming up to keep this support flowing without interruption. GlobalGiving is hosting their Little by Little campaign from March 17th to March 20th.
During these four days, every donation up to $50 will be 50% matched, while matching funds remain.
A $50 donation from you becomes $75 for us.
It’s a huge boost that goes directly toward those transport vouchers, nutrition packs, and comfort items that families tell us are a total lifesaver.
