2025 Summer Edition is About to Start!

Dear Project Supporter,

We are grateful for your continued generosity and unwavering support, which has made the 2025 summer edition of Clubes de Ciencia México (CdeCMx) possible.

We are excited to announce that the science clubs are about to begin. This year, we will offer 53 clubs (workshops) in cities across the country — and thanks to your donations, over 1,000 students will take part completely free.

We’re also proud to share that this year, we will launch a brand-new location in Aguascalientes, made possible thanks to your support and the collaboration of our sponsors. This is a major milestone for us and a testament to what we can achieve together.

This year, we’re also welcoming an outstanding group of over 100 volunteer instructors: international and national instructors from top universities and research centers from the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

The courses will explore some of today’s most innovative scientific areas, such as:

Clubes de Ciencia Mexico 2025

Exploring Science in the Lab

This past year, Clubes de Ciencia Mexico celebrated its 10th anniversary, reaffirming its position as a leading science workshop and extracurricular program in Mexico, distinguished by its impact, reach, and quality. Thanks to the invaluable support of our donors, we successfully held 8 editions in different cities across Mexico, benefiting more than 700 students with cutting-edge courses taught by 86 instructors from national and international institutions.

Impact and Reach

Host Cities: Guadalajara, Merida, Chihuahua, Guanajuato, Monterrey, Ensenada, Xalapa, and Oaxaca.
Partner Institutions: Prestigious universities, including the University of Guadalajara, Tecnologico de Monterrey, and the Autonomous University of Baja California, among others.
Courses Offered: Over 40 clubs, covering topics such as astrophysics, biotechnology, artificial intelligence, neuroscience, materials science, photonics, and more.

Expansion and Special Events

Winter Minimoocs: During the winter, we continued our commitment to education through our Minimoocs platform, allowing more students to access high-quality scientific content virtually.
10th Anniversary Special Edition: As part of our celebrations, we hosted a special in-person edition in La Paz, Baja California Sur, where 100 students participated in a unique scientific experience. This event was a great success, reinforcing the impact and significance of the program.

Student Feedback and Evaluations

Student Satisfaction: Evaluations show high satisfaction with the content and overall learning experience.
Complementary Activities: Some locations incorporated scientific rallies and sports events to enhance community engagement and active learning.

Next Steps

We are currently finalizing our instructor recruitment process and reviewing course proposals for this year's edition. Additionally, we are expanding to a new city, bringing Clubes de Ciencia to Aguascalientes for the first time.

10 Years of Impact: Summer 2024

Dear Supporters,

We are excited to share with you the incredible impact your generosity has had on our mission to ignite scientific curiosity among Mexico's youth during the 2024 summer edition of Clubes de Ciencia. This year is extra special as we are celebrating our 10th anniversary—10 years of expanding access to scientific education across Mexico! Thanks to your support, we've continued to make a difference, and we are thrilled to share some highlights from this year's journey.

Eight Cities: This summer, we expanded our impact to eight cities across Mexico, bringing the magic of science closer to more communities than ever before.

Forty-Three Clubs: We were proud to run 43 unique science clubs, each designed to inspire curiosity and foster a passion for science among Mexican youth.

Eighty-Six Instructors: Our outstanding team of 86 volunteer instructors dedicated themselves to delivering engaging, hands-on sessions. Their passion for teaching and science ensured that each student had an unforgettable experience.

Empowering 712 Students: Thanks to your unwavering support, we were able to inspire and empower 712 students to follow their scientific dreams, paving the way for the future of innovation and discovery in Mexico.

None of this would have been possible without your continued commitment. Your contributions have opened doors to education for many young Mexicans who otherwise might not have had these opportunities. By nurturing a culture of curiosity and learning, we are building a brighter future together.
