Empower 5000 vulnerable women for work in Colombia

Queremos compartir con ustedes, nuestros donantes, los logros alcanzados en 2024 y el progreso significativo que hemos tenido durante los primeros meses de 2025 con el programa Mujeres ROFÉ en Colombia. Este programa sigue siendo una plataforma transformadora para mujeres cabeza de hogar, brindándoles herramientas y oportunidades que impactan positivamente en sus familias y comunidades.

Crecimiento de la Comunidad

Nos llena de orgullo informar que nuestra comunidad ha superado las 4,300 mujeres provenientes de más de 460 municipios en los 32 departamentos de Colombia. Esto representa una presencia nacional completa, un hito que superó nuestras metas y expectativas.

En julio de 2024, sumamos a nuestro aliado Give a Hand, quien permitió la realización de una convocatoria nacional que benefició directamente a 300 mujeres en todo el país. Este apoyo ha sido fundamental para consolidar la inclusión y el fortalecimiento de la comunidad.

Actividades Formativas y Talleres

A continuación, destacamos algunas de las principales actividades y logros del último trimestre de 2024:

Cursos Realizados

• De la idea a la acción: tu guía para emprender con éxito (octubre): Con un grado de satisfacción del 97.8%.
• Transforma tu negocio con estrategias digitales (noviembre): Con un grado de satisfacción del 97.6%.

Charlas y Talleres en Alianza con Expertos

• Tipos de contrato con Michael Page.
• Taller sobre plan de saneamiento básico y buenas prácticas de manufactura con Mister Specialties.
• Alimentación consciente con Brahma Kumaris.
• Servicio al cliente con Jennifer Francis.

Talleres de Mindfulness y Bienestar

Organizamos talleres con sesiones de tres encuentros cada uno, abordando temas relevantes para el desarrollo personal y profesional de nuestras participantes, como:

• Retos de una mujer empresaria.
• Herramientas para fortalecer la autoestima y avanzar en el desarrollo personal.

Estos espacios han sido guiados por nuestros mentores y aliados, quienes han contribuido significativamente a la integración y enriquecimiento del programa.

Avance del Proyecto Piloto i-Credit

En alianza con la Fundación Blessing, continuamos la gestión del proyecto piloto de microcrédito i-Credit, que busca aliviar las presiones financieras de las emprendedoras. Hasta el momento, hemos logrado:

• Una tasa de recaudo (repago) mantenida entre el 60% y el 65%.
• 10 de las 25 beneficiarias han completado satisfactoriamente el ciclo de crédito, reportando mejoras significativas en sus negocios y bienestar familiar.

Proyección 2025

Estamos trabajando activamente para ampliar nuestro plan curricular, desarrollando nuevos cursos, talleres y charlas que continúen beneficiando a nuestra comunidad. También seguimos fortaleciendo alianzas estratégicas para llevar el programa a más mujeres en Colombia.

We are excited to share the achievements reached in 2024 and the significant progress made during the first months of 2025 with the Mujeres ROFÉ program in Colombia. This program continues to be a transformative platform for women heads of households, providing them with tools and opportunities that positively impact their families and communities.

Community Growth

We are proud to report that our community has grown to over 4,300 women from more than 460 municipalities across all 32 departments of Colombia. This represents a complete national presence, a milestone that exceeded our goals and expectations.

In July 2024, we partnered with Give a Hand, enabling a national call that directly benefited 300 women across the country. This support has been crucial for consolidating inclusivity and strengthening the community.

Training Activities and Workshops

Below are some key activities and achievements from the last quarter of 2024:

Completed Courses

• From Idea to Action: Your Guide to Successful Entrepreneurship (October): With a satisfaction rate of 97.8%.

• Transform Your Business with Digital Strategies (November): With a satisfaction rate of 97.6%.

Talks and Workshops in Partnership with Experts

• Types of contracts with Michael Page.
• Workshop on basic sanitation plans and good manufacturing practices with Mister Specialties.
• Conscious eating with Brahma Kumaris.
• Customer service workshop with Jennifer Francis.

Mindfulness and Wellness Workshops

We organized workshops with three-session series, covering essential topics for the personal and professional development of our participants, such as:

• Challenges of being a businesswoman.
• Tools to boost self-esteem and foster personal growth.

These sessions were led by our mentors and program partners, who have significantly contributed to the integration and enrichment of the program.

Progress of the i-Credit pilot project

In partnership with Bleassing Foundation, we continue to manage the i-Credit pilot microcredit project, which seeks to alleviate financial pressures for women entrepreneurs. So far, we have achieved:

• A repayment rate maintained between 60% and 65%.
• 10 out of 25 beneficiaries have successfully completed the credit cycle, reporting significant improvements in their businesses and family well-being.

2025 Outlook

We are actively working to expand our curriculum plan by developing new courses, workshops, and talks that will continue to benefit our community. We are also strengthening strategic partnerships to reach more women in Colombia.

VERSIÓN EN ESPAÑOL

El tiempo corre y ya estamos en el tercer trimestre de este año 2024, así que queremos informarte lo que desde la Fundación ROFÉ hemos realizado en el desarrollo del programa “Mujeres ROFÉ”. Ya contamos con más de 4,300 mujeres cabeza de hogar provenientes de más de 460 municipios pertenecientes a los 32 departamentos de Colombia que, gracias al apoyo de nuestros donantes, se han inscrito para ser parte del programa.

Con gran satisfacción en el mes de julio contamos con nuestro aliado Give a hand, lo cual permitió realizar una convocatoria a nivel nacional para la selección de mujeres a nuestra comunidad beneficiando directamente a 300 mujeres en todo el territorio nacional!

En este segundo semestre iniciamos con el segundo ciclo de capacitaciones iniciando en el mes de agosto con el curso "Habilidades del ser para Emprendedoras del Siglo 21",  con el objetivo de potencializar las habilidades de las asistentes para llegar a ser una emprendedora de este siglo, impulsándolas a ser líderes y tener una comunicación efectiva. 

En paralelo a lo anteriormente mencionado, a lo largo de estos meses hemos continuado dictando en forma periódica charlas abiertas complementarias de diversos temas, tales como: 

Charlas varias con nuestros aliados

• "Conoce las claves para crear tu MARCA PERSONAL". ADRIAN LOZANO, 11 julio.

Talleres de mindfulness / bienestar en este trimestre organizamos las charlas de mindfulness en talleres con sesiones de tres o 4 encuentros para generar mayor interés en los asistentes, logrando así nuestro objetivo.

• Mindfulness para rejuvenecer. 3 julio
• “Cómo pasar de la depresión a la felicidad” en este taller se trataron los siguientes temas: Logra la felicidad Aquí y Ahora;  Sanación del corazón; Sanación del espíritu: Autoestima; Gratitud: la emoción que te sube la vibración. 6-13-20-28 de Agosto.
• “Retos de una mujer empresaria”, este taller se enfocó en los siguientes temas: Tu éxito determina tu preparación y bienestar emocional;  Balance entre el hogar y la vida laboral; Vencer los miedos y dar el gran paso. 11-25 septiembre y 9 octubre.

Estas charlas han sido dadas por nuestros mentores y aliados al programa, que hacen que el mismo sea mucho más integral para este grupo de Mujeres ROFÉ. Ha sido gratificante la gran asistencia que hemos tenido en estos meses a estas charlas y talleres programados.

Proyecto i-credit:

En este semestre 2024 continuamos con la gestión del proyecto piloto de i-credit en alianza con Fundación Bleassing, en el que a través de la donación recibida en diciembre de 2023 se destinaron 15 millones de pesos para liberar a Mujeres ROFÉ de créditos gota-a-gota (pagadiario). 

Hasta el momento evidenciamos que la tasa de recaudo (repago) se ha mantenido entre el 60 y 65%. De las 25 mujeres beneficiarias, contamos con el testimonio de 8 mujeres que han terminado satisfactoriamente con el crédito, demostrando y confirmando el impacto que esta gestión ha logrado aliviar las presiones y cobros excesivos que afectan sus negocios y bienestar familiar. 

Continuamos trabajando con nuevos aliados para la ampliación del plan curricular, desarrollando nuevos talleres que beneficien y complementen a nuestras mujeres.

Time is ticking and we are already in the third quarter of this year 2024, so we want to inform you what we at Fundación ROFÉ  have done in the development of the “Mujeres ROFÉ” program. We already have more than 4,300 women heads of household from more than 460 municipalities belonging to the 32 departments of Colombia who, thanks to the support of our donors, have registered to be part of the program.

With great satisfaction in the month of July we joined efforts with our ally Give a Hand (Main pour le monde), which made it possible to hold a national call for the selection of women in our community, directly benefiting 300 women throughout the national territory!

In this second semester we begin with the second cycle of training, starting in the month of August with the course "Skills of Being for Entrepreneurs of the 21st Century", with the aim of enhancing the skills of the attendees to become an entrepreneur of this century. , driving them to be leaders and have effective communication.

Mindfulness/wellbeing workshops In this quarter we organized the mindfulness talks in workshops with sessions of three or 4 meetings to generate greater interest in the attendees, thus achieving our objective.

• Mindfulness to rejuvenate. July 3
• “How to go from depression to happiness” in this workshop the following topics were discussed: Achieve happiness Here and Now;  Healing of the heart; Healing of the spirit: Self-esteem; Gratitude: the emotion that raises your vibration. August 6-13-20-28.
• “Challenges of a businesswoman”, this workshop focused on the following topics: Your success determines your preparation and emotional well-being;  Balance between home and work life; Overcome fears and take the big step. September 11-25 and October 9.

These talks have been given by our mentors and allies to the program, which make it much more comprehensive for this group of Mujeres ROFÉ. The great attendance we have had in these months has been gratifying. to these scheduled talks and workshops.

i-credit project:

In this 2024 semester, we continue with the management of the i-credit pilot project in alliance with the Bleassing Foundation, in which, through the donation received in December 2023, 15 million pesos were allocated to free ROFÉ Women from drop-a credits. -gota (pagadiary). 

So far we show that the collection (repayment) rate has remained between 60 and 65%. Of the 25 women beneficiaries, we have the testimony of 8 women who have successfully completed the loan, demonstrating and confirming the impact that this management has managed to alleviate the pressures and excessive charges that affect their businesses and family well-being. 

We continue working with new allies to expand the curricular plan, developing new workshops that benefit and complement our women.
