I'm Rosie - an African Impact Foundation Intern that has been spent the past month in Mpumalanga, South Africa with the Farmers of the Future program!
I’m grateful for the opportunity to introduce you to three awesome Farmers of the Future graduates. Click on the links to read their stories!
Terrence and his innovative hydroponics farming business - read more here!
The hilarious Divine and his egg business (and sweet chickens!) - read more here!
Mpho, who is in the process of producing more chilli sauce as I write this - read more here!
The next round of participants have submitted their business proposals and have been approved for kickstart loans - the most exciting part of the program. So keep an eye out for updates on their new ventures, as we have no doubt they will be the next successful entrepreneurs of South Africa!
Thank you for choosing to support this program, and I hope you’ve been inspired by the stories I’ve shared. Training programs like this one make a huge difference to the local community. In the words of Divine... "when you can get the knowledge, you can go far!"
Kind regards,
Rosie, African Impact Foundation Intern
