Dear Friends and Supporters,
Let’s be honest: over the last couple of years, the climate crisis seems to have taken a backseat. While many of us have traded the daily office commute for more flexible schedules, the world is "back on the move" in a big way. Traffic is back to pre-pandemic levels, flights are fully booked, and our collective carbon footprint is climbing once again.
However, there is one thing that hasn't returned to "normal": climate awareness and funding.
The Missing Piece of the Recovery
We are seeing a worrying trend—as our travel and consumption increase, the donations and efforts to offset that carbon have not kept pace. We cannot afford to treat the environment as a secondary priority. That is why Action Change is putting the climate back at the top of the map.
Our Strategy: 90 Projects, 15 Countries, 1 Goal
We believe that climate action isn’t just for the "educated and rich"—it belongs to everyone. Our secret weapon is the Action Change network. We currently support over 90 grassroots projects in 15 different countries. These projects are on the front lines of poverty, education, and health, but they are also on the front lines of environmental change.
Our mission this year is to:
Integrate Climate Strategy: We are working (funding dependent) to meet with our project leaders across the globe to build "Green Strategies."
Localized Solutions: Whether it’s helping a school in Zimbabwe transition to solar power or assisting a wildlife project in Australia with reforestation, we want every one of our 90 projects to operate in a way that protects the environment.
Empowerment through Education: We are providing the tools and funding for grassroots leaders to tackle their immediate local issues (like hunger or animal rescue) without compromising the health of the planet.
We Are All in This Together
True climate resilience happens when the local community is empowered. By supporting this project, you aren't just planting a tree or buying a solar panel; you are helping us build a global infrastructure of sustainable, grassroots organizations that can weather the storm of the climate crisis.
How You Can Help Put Climate Back on the Map:
Offset Your Move: If you’ve started traveling again for business or pleasure, consider a donation to this project to help us green-light our grassroots strategies.
Advocate: Share our mission. Remind your network that while the world has reopened, the planet still needs our help to stay healthy.
The climate doesn't care about our busy schedules, but it does respond to our collective action. Let’s make sure that as we move forward, we take the environment with us.
With urgency and hope,
