It has been 3 months since our 1st East Africa Phage Workshop, so we've gathered the first quarterly impact data – and it's impressive!

Congratulations to all involved – this was successful beyond our expectations!
Thank you for your support that helped make this workshop a reality. Last December we raised $20,000 through the GlobalGiving website, then a private donor offered $10,000 to use for any project as needed – and we were able to leverage all of that to garner the remaining support from the Conservation, Food & Health Foundation, as well as from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
We are now preparing to hold 2 workshops in Africa in 2018: 1 each in East and West Africa. Imagine the impacts these new workshops can have!
