We are in the final stages of preparing our new on-line training course Entrepreneurship in African Agribusiness. The modules include:
The handbook, tools, case studies and supplementary materials are all completed, and we are now working on 25 short videos to explain each section of the training. We are particularly excited to be using a new AI powered software that allows high quality, vibrant videos to be prepared with low bandwidth.
The soft launch of the training is planned for the end of September with our current partners and other interested organisations. The formal launch is scheduled for early December at the RUFORUM (Regional Universities Forum for Capacity Building in Agriculture) AGM in Botswana where we will host a Side Event. The RUFORUM AGM will have several hundred participants from universities across Africa.
We already have strong interest in a French version of the training to be implemented initially in Mauritania. This will be investigated in the autumn.
In line with our mission, this online course will be freely and easily accessible to organizations, universities, and individual entrepreneurs eager to elevate their business ideas to new heights. Together, we are empowering entrepreneurs and positively shaping the future of agri-business innovation throughout Africa.
Your continued support is greatly appreciated and we look forward to giving you more news on the launch of the Entrepreneurship in African Agribusiness course soon.
