A Loaf of Bread Daily Security for Maher's Family

By MUHAMMED DEEBEH | Project leader

Dear Donor

Amid the harsh living conditions faced by displaced families in northern Syria, bread remains one of the most urgent needs and a basic pillar for survival for families who have lost their sources of income and rely almost entirely on humanitarian assistance.

As part of our ongoing efforts to support the most vulnerable families, we distributed bread rations to Maher’s family, who live in Talaleen Camp in northern Syria. Like many families in the camp, they endure severe economic hardship and great difficulty in securing daily food, making a loaf of bread a source of safety and temporary stability.

This assistance contributed to:

  • Providing a basic food source that meets the family’s daily needs.
  • Alleviating their suffering amid rising prices and scarce resources.
  • Offering Maher and his family psychological and material support, and reminding them that they are not alone.

This direct humanitarian impact would not have been possible without your generous support and continued trust, which enabled us to reach the most vulnerable families and provide aid that preserves dignity and eases suffering.

We reaffirm our commitment to continuing these humanitarian efforts in northern Syria and to working to secure basic needs for displaced families, so that bread remains a symbol of life and resilience in the face of hardship.

With sincere gratitude and appreciation for your noble humanitarian support and your vital role in creating real impact.
