Dear Generous Donor,
In a forgotten corner of northern Syria, where life is reduced to a worn-out tent and a bit of hope, lives a seven-year-old boy named Mujahid.
He is not like other children. Mujahid lost his parents and siblings in a tragic accident four years ago. All he has left in this world is his aunt, who embraced him with all the love in her heart, despite her poverty and the harshness surrounding them.
Mujahid doesn’t ask for much…
He once told us with a shy smile:
“I want to become an engineer so I can build houses for everyone in our camp. I don’t want anyone to be cold in the winter or suffer from the heat in summer.”
This simple dream, coming from a small heart that has endured so much, reflects the reality of thousands of children who only dream of survival, and who sometimes don’t even have a piece of bread to make it through the day.
Thanks to your kindness, Mujahid and his neighbors were not without bread this winter. Your donations reached them when they needed it most — turning a loaf of bread into warmth, and bringing hope closer to their hearts.
But the journey isn’t over…
The camps are still full of children like Mujahid and families struggling with hunger.
Your continued support for this project means continued life for thousands of souls.
It means someone still remembers them.
It means a small child’s dream might one day come true.
From the bottom of our hearts… thank you.
Thank you for being the helping hand in the dark.
Thank you for choosing to be a light in the lives of those in need.
On behalf of Mujahid, and every life touched by your generosity, we pray that your kindness is rewarded and that your giving brings you light in this life and the next.
With deepest gratitude,
