Thank you for your generous contributions for the poor rural women through esteemed organization GlobalGiving.
Women and girls face many forms of violence.To rescue them from violence, CHHASE conduct many awareness camps about how to escape violence and how to get help. CHHASE has provided cell phone to selected poor women and girls, to use it when their community is in need of protection.
One of our beneficiary, who received a phone said" I am from poor family. My husband is working as daily wage labor. I do house keeping in neighbouring house. What ever my husband earns, he used for drinks and come home empty handed. when there is no labor work, he torture me for money. now i received a phone from CHHASE and it is useful, when i face harrasement.Thank you for saving me from harrassment."
