Project Overview

The "Send Them Back to School" project is a noble and transformative initiative designed to uplift disadvantaged children and vulnerable young adults by granting them access to quality education. In a world where education remains one of the most powerful tools for breaking the cycle of poverty, this project seeks to eliminate the financial obstacles that prevent young minds from realizing their potential.

Project Goals and Objectives

The primary mission of the project is to support 40 students enrolled in both primary and secondary schools, as well as assist 5 vulnerable young adults currently pursuing higher education at the university level. These beneficiaries have been carefully identified based on their socio-economic circumstances and their proven commitment to academic growth.

The project specifically aims to:

Cover school tuition and related fees for 40 primary and secondary school students.
Support 5 university students by providing financial aid towards tuition, books, and other essential needs.
Provide mentorship and moral support to help beneficiaries thrive academically and personally.

Rationale

Across many communities, numerous children and youth are forced to drop out of school due to financial hardship. Despite their passion and promise, the burden of school fees and related costs continues to deny them the right to learn. The "Send Them Back to School" project is founded on the belief that every child deserves an education and that with the right support, these young individuals can become future leaders, professionals, and changemakers in their communities.

To date, the lack of adequate financial resources has delayed execution. We are committed to transparency and accountability, and we are prepared to act immediately upon receiving the necessary support.

Challenges:

Although the project has tremendous potential to positively impact the lives of few, it currently faces one major challenge: limited resources. to support 40 students in primary and secondary education, as well as 5 university students, the financial requirements are substantial. Unfortunately, without sufficient funds,, this incredible project has not yet been realized.

send them back to school updates

The Send Them Back to School project is an initiative aimed at supporting 45 underprivileged children and young adults from Kicukiro district, Kigali, Rwanda. This project aims to address the financial barriers preventing these individuals from accessing quality education. The project primarily has to cover tuition fees and provide essential school supplies, ensuring students can return to and remain in school.

The project seeks to assist 40 primary and secondary school children: these children come from economically disadvantaged families and are at risk of dropping out of school due to financial constraints.

5 young adults: in addition to primary and secondary students, the project has to support five young adults in furthering their education through higher learning institutions or vocational training. This support is essential for their transition into self-sustaining and productive careers.

Despite the project's promising objectives, we have been limited by a lack of sufficient funds, which has delayed full implementation. while some little support has been secured, we can still not cover all the tuition fees and school supplies needed for the children and young adults. Without additional financial support, many of these individuals risk missing the current academic year.

Our current financial resources are insufficient to meet the project's full scope. We require additional funding to secure school fees and supplies for all 45 beneficiaries.

The cost of education, materials, and transportation continues to rise, further increasing the financial gap.

To fully realize the Send Them Back to School project and provide a brighter future for these 45 children and young adults, we urgently appeal to our donors and well-wishers for further support. contributions can help us:

cover all tuition fees, purchase essential school supplies, and ensure that each child and young adult has the opportunity to pursue their education without interruption.
