A Warm Meal Amid the Siege Thanks to Your Compassionate Hearts

Dear Donor
Under the suffocating blockade on the Gaza Strip—where thousands of children suffer from hunger and deprivation—Amal Alumma continues to deliver aid, even if modest, yet capable of making a real difference.
As part of our relief efforts, we distributed a hot meal of cooked lentils to the family of little Saleh, who lives in the Sheikh Radwan area in northern Gaza, where the most basic necessities of life have become nearly impossible to obtain.
Saleh lives with his family in extremely harsh conditions—without electricity, without clean water, and often without enough food. But thanks to your generous support, we were able to bring a warm, nourishing meal to their humble table—bringing comfort to their bodies and hope to their hearts.
Lentils: The Food of the Needy, the Hope of the Resilient
Though simple, the meal held great meaning. In times of siege, lentils have become a rare commodity that many children can no longer find. But because of your generosity, Saleh and his family were among those who received this blessing.
Thank You for Your Generosity
To everyone who contributed—we say: You are making a difference. One meal can mean life in a time of hunger. With your continued support, we will keep reaching more affected families and offering them one of their most basic rights: a dignified meal that restores their humanity.
with many thanks

Dear Supporter
In Sheikh Radwan, northern Gaza, where the siege has tightened and life’s basic necessities are crumbling, clean drinking water is no longer guaranteed for every household. Families face daily struggles just to find safe water amid constant shortages, widespread contamination, and soaring prices for bottled water.
Amid this harsh reality, thanks to your generous donations, our team was able to distribute clean drinking water to dozens of besieged families—offering a small but vital lifeline to children, mothers, and the elderly who are literally fighting to stay alive.

We witnessed mothers filling bottles with urgency, and children sipping water as if they were tasting hope itself.
Every drop distributed was a prayer for those who gave, and a smile on the face of someone silently enduring thirst.
Your donations make a real difference.
Your continued support is a lifeline for the people of Gaza.
Each time you give, you're not just delivering water — you're restoring dignity, health, and survival.
Thank you for being the voice of life amidst the silence of the siege.

From Your Hands to Their Table: A Simple Meal, A Powerful Impact
By HASAN SADIK | project leader

Dear Donor
In Sheikh Radwan, a neighborhood in northern Gaza choked by siege and destruction, hunger knocks on every door, silently and painfully.
Despite the ongoing bombardment, electricity cuts, and severe food shortages, and thanks to your generous support, we were able to alleviate some of this suffering by distributing hot meals of cooked lentils—one of the few remaining food items available in the besieged strip—to the most vulnerable families.
SEE YOUR IMPACT:

What We Provided:
- Hot meals made of cooked lentils, one of the last available food staples in local markets.
- Direct distribution to the poorest and most affected families, especially those with young children or ill members.
- Priority was given to widowed mothers, the elderly, and displaced families.
These simple lentil meals were more than just food—they were a lifeline. A warm gesture in inhumane conditions.
We saw silent gratitude in the eyes of children and heard heartfelt prayers from mothers who haven’t cooked a warm meal in days.
From one of the mothers:
"My children have gone to sleep for nights on bread and water… Today, they ate warm lentils. May God reward you."
Thank You…
Because of your generosity, the people of Gaza felt they are not alone. Because of your generosity, a hungry child smiled, and dignity was preserved.
But the crisis is far from over… and the need is growing.
Please continue your support—every bowl of lentils is a life restored.
