Thank you so much to everyone who has donated over the last few years! We finally reached our funding goal and it is thanks to each and every one of you! All of us here at the Andean Alliance are deeply grateful for the support and the trust you all have placed in us. We promise that this is only the beginning. Here is to the next steps and the bright future of the communities with which we work!
Through your generosity we have accomplished heirloom seed delivery directly to farmers, farmer capacity building with our partners in Ecohuella, greenhouse construction in high altitudes, and the strengthing of Andean communities. While we are very proud of the work we have been able to achieve until this point, we readily embrace the future that awaits us and look forward to years more of collaboration with the communities of Cusco, Peru.
With all that has happened in the last few years and the new reality that we are experiencing, we have decided to extend our funding goal and update the project to include our new objectives. After years of ecological agriculture projects, we are taking the next step with our beneficiaries to include greater focus on commercializtion of small-scale agriculture. Be on the lookout for all the updates on our GlobalGiving page and on our website (alianzaandina.org).
