Teach For Pakistan is a national nonprofit nurturing leadership to end educational inequity. Our vision is that one day, all of Pakistan's children will receive an education that nurtures loving, thinking, and engaged citizens. Currently, Pakistan faces one of the world's most severe education crises: more than 26 million children are out of school, and among the 55 million enrolled, most cannot read or do basic math at grade level. These crises are rooted in a critical deficit of leadership. To address this, Teach For Pakistan is building a movement of capable and committed leaders who bridge the learning gap today and strengthen the system for tomorrow.
