• Overcoming Procrastination (Conquering Laziness): Addressing one of the greatest barriers to achievement by understanding its psychological roots and applying practical techniques to restore vitality and discipline.

• Self-Management and Organization: Practical training on time management skills, setting priorities, and developing "smart" daily plans to ensure a balance between studies and family obligations.
