Help disabled children learn

By Maisie Mayne | Fundraising intern

Imagine a School That Says "Yes" to Everyone

That's exactly what this school is! It started as a little place where moms helped each other, and now it's a real school for kids with special needs.

The Problem: Kids Need Help, But Can't Get It

  • Schools aren't ready: Most schools in the area don't have the teachers or tools to help kids with disabilities. This means many kids get left behind.
  • Families struggle: Many families are very poor and can't afford things like special equipment or even the bus fare to get their kids to school.
  • Kids need extra support: Some kids have serious health problems or need extra help learning.

The School's Superpower: One-on-One Help

This school is special because:

  • Every child gets their own special plan.
  • The teachers and therapists are from the local community and have been specially trained.
  • They welcome every child, no matter what their needs are.

What the School Needs:

  • Transportation: Many children live far away, and their families can't afford to get them to school.
  • Equipment: The school needs special tools like computers and therapy equipment to help the kids learn and grow.
  • Funding: The school doesn't get money from the government, so they need help to keep going.

Why This School Is So Important:

  • It gives kids a chance: It helps kids with disabilities learn and have a better life.
  • It helps families: It gives families hope and support.
  • It helps the community: It trains local people to become teachers and therapists.
  • It helps the children thrive in a modern world: By adding IT to the school, the children can learn and interact like other children their age.

What Your Help Can Do:

By donating, you can help:

  • Kids get to school.
  • The school buy the equipment they need.
  • The school continue to help kids for many years.
  • Allow the children to interact with modern technology.

In Simple Words:

This school is a lifeline for kids with disabilities in India. It gives them a chance to learn and have a better life. But they need help to keep going. Your donation can make a big difference!
