At Agatha Amani House, we are preparing a group of survivors for the transition into independent life. With your support, these courageous women have not only found safety but have also gained practical skills that will help them sustain themselves and their families beyond the shelter. Over the past few months, they have actively engaged in hands-on training in sewing, permaculture farming, baking, crocheting, housekeeping, beadwork etc. These skills have given them a renewed sense of confidence and purpose. For instance, our sewing group has been making reusable pads and bags, while others have been baking bread and crocheting items like scarves and bags. Through permaculture, they’ve learned to grow food sustainably. As we prepare for their reintegration, we are working with each woman to develop a personalized transition plan. Thank you for making this transformation possible, turning survival into stability, and healing into empowerment.
